Effective the first day of the month after 90 days of regular, full-time employment, Hull's benefits plan includes:
Family Insurance Plans
Hull offers a High Deductible Medical Plan in conjunction with a Health Savings Account (H.S.A.) Plan. An H.S.A. is an IRS approved, tax exempt savings account that can be used to pay for qualified medical, dental or vision expenses, including deductibles.
Different levels of dental plans are offered so employees can customize this coverage to meet the needs of their family. Hull also provides Basic Life insurance, Short Term Disability, and Long Term Disability coverage for all full time employees. Extended benefits for specific needs, including optional vision and additional life insurance coverage, are available for employees and family members at a minimal cost.
Paid Holidays
Hull provides eight paid Holidays per year, including the day after Thanksgiving and one "floating" holiday to be used however you choose.
Paid Time Off
- 13 days per year during 1st and 2nd year of employment
- 14 2/3 days beginning year 3
- 16 1/4 days beginning year 4
- 18 days beginning year 5
- 19 days beginning year 6
- 20 days beginning year 7
- 21 days beginning year 8
- 22 days beginning year 9
- 23 days beginning year 10 and beyond
Short and Long-term disability coverage for employee
Coverage is available at no cost to regular, full-time employees.
Life and accidental death insurance for employee
Coverage is equivalent to 1 x base annual earnings to a maximum of $50,000. Employees have an option to purchase additional life insurance coverage.
401k Retirement Plan
Employees are eligible for employer matching contribution after one full year of employment. Matching contribution is 100% up to the employee’s first 3% contributions and match 50% up to next 2% of employee's base pay. Hull may choose to make an additional discretionary matching contribution for a particular Plan Year in an amount it will determine each year. Refer to the Safe Harbor notice for more information.
Tuition Assistance
Hull offers eligible employees up to $2500 in tuition assistance per calendar year. This amount is in addition to any courses or education that Hull may require to perform some work activities.

Society Membership Dues Assistance
Hull will contribute 100% of one or 50% of two memberships per year for membership to professional societies related to the employee’s work functions.
