Craig joined Hull & Associates, Inc. in November 1989.
As one of the key authors of Ohio's first brownfield regulatory program, Craig is a nationally-recognized expert for his creative redevelopment strategies and leadership in this field. Craig is responsible for all aspects of the firm's strategic business decisions, and is directly involved with the management of numerous high-profile, major urban redevelopment projects throughout the country. In addition to his role as CEO, he has provided leadership on the development of many key real estate and alternative energy assets. He also is currently leading the firm's strategic approach to the growth of the shale industry supply chain in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University, and regularly lectures at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and Business School on redevelopment and sustainability issues.
