The important work of Hull & Associates is once again featured in the Times Leader newspaper with an article about the development of approximately 49 acres of land along the Ohio River near Clarington, Ohio.  Hull team members Steve Gross and Rob Corzatt have led this effort in getting significant grants in support of the work on the former Ferro Alloys site.  Rob Corzatt has been working closely with Jason Hamman, Monroe County Economic Development Consultant on the permitting process for the flood plain and wetland mitigation.  This is but one part of a much larger effort in this area and the article discusses the greater impact from the proposed PTT Global ethane cracker at Dilles Bottom and the projected expanded development of the area.  As Hamman states in the article, "We just want the property to add to the tax base and create new jobs…"  This underlines Hull's mission of improving the quality of life related to environment, energy and infrastructure!  See the link below for access to the article:
