Hull provided civil engineering services for the Tutor Time Child Care Center in Dublin, Ohio. Tutor Time is located on approximately 2.5 acre with a 10,500 square foot child care center and associated parking and playground areas.

Plans and documents were prepared in accordance with the City of Dublin planning, zoning and development regulations and engineering.

Unique characteristics of the project included integrating site grading and storm water management features to eliminate catch basins and storm sewers substantially reducing site construction costs.
