Brownfield Inventory, Nationwide Client: Large National Real Estate Developer

Hull is implementing a variation of our brownfield inventory process in the identification of potential brownfield properties eligible for purchase and redevelopment.  The brownfield inventory utilizes national, state and local environmental databases, local parcel datasets, marketing data, and historical records to identify properties that fit the client’s specific criteria.  The custom GIS for this project utilizes a ranking model and generates reports for tracking the progress of properties of interest.  To date, Hull has completed inventories across the U.S. in more than a dozen metropolitan cities of similar population size to Indianapolis and larger.
