Hull worked as part of a project team assembled by the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority to address environmental components of an apron reconstruction project at Toledo Express Airport. Improvements included:

• Preparing a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for construction activities;
• Reviewing current deicer application and collection systems and related data;
• Evaluating overall permitting strategies;
• Preparing a SWPPP for industrial activities pursuant to the general NPDES permit;
• Serving as a liaison with the local POTW to determine criteria for accepting collected deicer-laden stormwater
• Assisting with the conceptual and final design of a deicer collection system; and
• Performing surface water investigations to support the individual NPDES permit application.
