Phase I Property Assessment, Phase II Property Assessment,
Site Specific Risk Assessment and Remedial Action Plan (RAP)
for the former NWIR consistent with the Ohio Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA) Voluntary Action Program (VAP) and
subject to the Memorandum of Agreement provisions established
with U.S. EPA.
