This former plating and plastics manufacturing
facility that operated from the late 1890s though the 1990s
was a recipient of the first round of Clean Ohio funding.
Hull helped the City of Springfield close this site through
the Ohio Voluntary Action Program (VAP). The closure also
included cleanup through the RCRA and TSCA programs before
the entire site was eligible for the VAP. The Ohio EPA issued
a covenant not to sue in May 2008.
