Hull completed a series of assessments of this
50-year-old facility that has been used for the past century
for sheltering the homeless, automotive repair and food service.
As part of due diligence for a public assistance grant that
would award the YWCA nearly $7 million to renovate the aging
facility, Hull completed Phase I and Phase II assessments,
a geotechnical evaluation of the site's subsurface, and helped
coordinate other tasks related to the environmental management
of this property.
