This complex historically included an automobile
dealership and numerous assorted commercial and light manufacturing
enterprises over the years. This project received Clean Ohio
Revitalization Funding during the third round of the Clean
Ohio program. Hull successfully assisted the City with completion
of a No Further Action Letter for the property. The Ohio EPA
issued a covenant not to sue for the property in September
2007.
