committees to keep current on regulations, and maintain strong
agency relationships.
Ecological Permitting
Landowners and industries considering projects that impact
natural ecosystems know that a complex array of federal and
state regulatory approvals may be required. Hull's holistic
approach involves quickly and accurately assessing all ecological
resources on sites and assessing the implications of these
resources for the proposed project, then identifying a permitting
strategy to meet important development schedules while maintaining
full regulatory compliance.
National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)
Hull develops creative, practical, cost-effective and protective solutions to environmental problems within the NEPA framework. Hull prepares documents required under NEPA to document all environmental, economic and cultural considerations for a project that receives federal funds or permits, including NEPA categorical exclusion (CE) documentation, Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Statements. Hull also develops Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPP), ecological assessments, wetland and stream assessments, and remedial design services for NEPA compliance projects.
