The Strategic Planning Division provides value-added services to our clients.  This division provides holistic solutions to redevelopment and conservation projects, helps our clients obtain project funding, and integrates government and community relations activities in a variety of applications.

Hull 's Strategic Planning Division consists of a very strong team of professionals that have the education, experience, and programmatic understanding to:

• Develop cleanup remedies that are environmentally protective and cost-effective
• Protect, restore and establish open space and recreational lands that provide wildlife habitat, improve water quality, and optimize passive and active recreation opportunities for communities
• Inform and involve stakeholders with projects and programs
• Research and evaluate potential funding sources for projects and prepare top-notch funding applications
• Advocate sound policies for the local, state and federal governments
