Hull provided emergency services in response to a diesel fuel release during drilling operations for the construction of a gas well in southwestern Pennsylvania. We oversaw soil excavation and removal activities, worked closely with the insurance company to define objective screening levels for impacted soil, communicated with relevant agencies, and assisted with lateral and vertical assessment of the extent of the spill.
Hull was retained by a producer to conduct a thorough socioeconomic and demographic evaluation of eastern Ohio as the company appraised its acreage in the Utica Shale play. We are familiar with the region's unique socioeconomic sensitivities, including a localized and structured Amish population and active farmland preservation organizations, and have direct experience working with and communicating to these groups.
Hull provided engineering and environmental services in conjunction with the fast-track permitting and construction of a shale gas and liquids (NGLs) fractionating complex and associated regional pipelines.
