Hull strives to give forward to the many communities throughout our region by regularly engaging in volunteer work and supporting charities. By focusing on our strengths – education, leadership, environmental stewardship, and community involvement – we help to strengthen our own communities in lasting and meaningful ways.
Each of our offices engage in a variety of community activities ranging from stream and river cleanup efforts, walking and bicycle path maintenance, educational support events, time and financial contributions to charities, leadership and managerial support and many other fundraising events including walks and rides.
One of our more visible activities is the Hull Annual Charity Memorial Golf Tournament. Held in early June at The Club at Tartan Fields, this event directly supports Recreation Unlimited’ s Camps and Camper Scholarship Fund and the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Heart Camp Scholarship. This is a fun day of golf and food with a Silent Auction, all in support of the many individuals with physical and developmental disabilities and health concerns that utilize and engage in the mission of Recreation Unlimited Foundation which provides year-round programs in sports, recreation and education.
