Hull Land Development Group News

November 19, 2020

Hull was part of a groundbreaking ceremony at 33 Innovation Park announcing a new development that will be comprised of 84,000 square feet of multi-tenant Class A industrial and R&D speculative space at 1100 Innovation Way in Marysville, Ohio.  The City of Marysville acquired and developed 33 Innovation Park to capitalize on the rapid growth of the US33 Smart Mobility Corridor.  Southgate Corporation is investing $8.9 million with help from JobsOhio, which plans to assist the development with an Ohio Site Inventory Program grant.  Union County and One Columbus also provided critical support for this project.  Hull is working with Dublin Building Systems, the project’s General Contractor, which recently broke ground on the state-of-the-art building.  Hull’s project team included Amanda Spencer and Sam Eppley from its Land Development Group.
