Jenny Carter-Cornell, APR, Funding Practice Leader, Hull
Jenny is a leader in Hull’s funding practice that has helped our clients receive more than $400 million in grants and low-interest loans. She served as the lead grant writer for more than 50 state and federal grants to help secure over $100 million for Hull’s clients and has 27 years of experience working with a variety of brownfields and other environmental and economic development issues.

Shannon Meadows, Community Development Director, City of Springfield
Shannon has served the City of Springfield for more than 20 years and led a variety of programs that helped revitalize the City. Among her many accomplishments, Shannon led six successful Clean Ohio Revitalization and Assistance Fund projects with grant awards exceeding $10 million.
Todd Davis, Esq., Chief Executive Officer, Hemisphere Brownfield Group LLC
Todd is widely recognized as one of the nation’s leading brownfield redevelopment experts and environmental lawyers. He focuses his work on all aspects of redeveloping contaminated property and the environmental aspects of real estate transactions. Todd worked on numerous Clean Ohio Revitalization and Assistance Fund projects as a developer, consultant, and attorney.

Diana Rife, Director – Sites, JobsOhio
Diana leads brownfields funding programs at JobsOhio and will provide an update on current funding opportunities.
Annie van Blaricom, Special Project Manager, Ohio Department of Development
Annie leads the Ohio Brownfields Fund and the Alternative Stormwater Infrastructure Loan Program. She will provide a brief summary of currently available funding opportunities through ODOD.
Craig Kasper, PE, Hull Executive Vice President
Craig leads all aspects of Hull’s strategic business decisions. He is nationally recognized for his creative leadership in redevelopment of surplus properties including many large-scale real estate and energy projects throughout the United States.
LEADERS IN THE INDUSTRY
Hull experts were pioneers with the Ohio Voluntary Action Program and the Clean Ohio Brownfield Revitalization program. Hull helped our clients prepare 75 grants worth over $124 million through the Clean Ohio Revitalization and Assistance Fund programs. Since then, we have continued to work with our clients through other funding sources to promote environmental remediation and property redevelopment.
