Oil & Gas

Hull provides a full complement of engineering and environmental services that span across the upstream, midstream, and downstream segments.

We help clients develop agile and innovative strategies to manage costs while protecting the environment and maintaining compliance with a complex array of rapidly evolving regulations.

Hull recognizes that the Oil and Gas industry is highly regulated and places great value on safety, while demanding technical excellence. Accordingly, Hull’s experienced engineers and ecologists have permitted and designed hundreds of drill pad sites in the Appalachian Basin. While supporting midstream and interstate pipeline projects, we have conducted hundreds of miles of pipeline permitting and routing work. Hull has provided civil and geotechnical engineering design and construction oversight in some of the most topographically challenging terrain in the Appalachian basin. Our professionals have also assisted clients in the locating, permitting and design of water withdrawal, transport and storage systems in support of drilling operations.

Our rapid response teams have been available 24 hours per day, seven days a week to manage environmental compliance matters and geotechnical challenges including landslide mitigation.
