Hull has been working with electric utility companies to help manage coal combustion residuals within ash ponds and landfills and recently helped implement a strategy to harvest material from and existing landfill for beneficial use. Hull experts are helping author an ASTM standard for beneficial use as representatives of the American Coal Ash Association.

Hull also provides permitting and compliance services on numerous pipeline and transmission line projects, including the Nexus and Rover transmission pipelines. Hull conducts route development walks, wetland and stream delineations including red-flag screening to assist with determination of line crossing alternatives, surveying and mapping, and environmental and non-environmental permitting.
