Hull was retained by the owners of this 11-acre lake to address engineering items listed in a recent Ohio Department of Natural Resources Inspection Report.
Hull performed a Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H&H) inundation Study and updated the existing Emergency Action Plan (EAP). The study and EAP were coordinated with the Dam Owners, Lake County Stormwater Management Department (LCSMD) and Concord Township to encourage a collaborative approach was used to address any concerns related to the dam.
Subsequently, Hull worked with the LCSMD, and Concord Township to facilitate and lead multiple public meetings to address the future of the dam, potential removal of the dam structure to satisfy ODNR requirements, and discussion of a fiscally responsible course of action.
