Hull completed detailed Phase I and Phase II assessments on an approximately 16-acre former machine manufacturing plant.
Phase II data were used to complete a preliminary determination of risk to human health and the environment related considering chemical migration pathways, concentrations and the distribution of chemicals of concern, land uses surrounding the Property and planned future uses of the Property.
Hull prepared a Remedial Action Plan (RAP) and quantifying anticipated costs for remediation of the Property. The RAP supported a successful Clean Ohio Assistance Fund application.
Hull assisted with all environmental elements of building demolition at the Property, including BUSTR closures of tanks discovered during demolition. Hull also prepared bid documents and managed the bidding process for environmental remediation. Hull also managed the site remediation and confirmation sampling.
Hull prepared a No Further Action letter for the Property and continues to support USS Realty, LLC in providing environmental information and solution to prospective and committed property owners and tenants.
