Champaign County, Ohio
Hull services performed: Surface water delineation and ecological work; all of the GIS mapping for the Certificate application; the Transportation Study; the Groundwater, Hydrogeology, and Geotechnical Desktop Study; and some geotechnical review of wind turbine foundations. Hull helped with the regulatory negotiations with OHPO, Ohio EPA and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on 404/401 issues and also testified as the ecological and archaeological expert in the Ohio Power Siting Board hearings.
